Terms of Service & Shoot Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Panoloop [registered trading name], [registered address], London, United Kingdom [company number]. Contact: hello@panoloop.com.

2. Scope of service

We provide HDR 360° photography, equirectangular stitching, privacy blurring of faces and licence plates, node-to-node walkthrough linking, submission to Google Maps and Street View, a website iframe embed code, and delivery of the raw panoramic files, for businesses in London Zones 1–6.

Not included: SEO or Google Business Profile consulting, and traditional 2D still photography.

3. Google publication is not guaranteed

We prepare and submit your imagery to Google. Whether, when and how it appears on Google Maps is decided by Google under its own imagery policies, and is outside our control. If Google rejects imagery for a reason we can fix, we will reshoot or reprocess at no charge. We do not guarantee any ranking, visibility, traffic or revenue outcome.

4. Prices and deposits

Package prices are shown on the site and include a non-optional deposit taken at booking (£45 / £75 / £120 depending on package). The balance is due on completion of the shoot. Launch promotion prices apply while advertised.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

  • Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and your deposit is refunded in full, or carried over to the new date.
  • With less than 24 hours' notice, or if we cannot access the premises at the agreed time, the deposit covers the reserved slot and is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • If we cancel or fail to deliver, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

Where you are a consumer rather than a business, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Deliverables and copyright

You receive high-resolution equirectangular JPEG files and an iframe embed code, with full commercial rights to use the imagery across your own channels. Panoloop retains the right to display the work in its own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Your responsibilities on shoot day

Please ensure the premises are ready and accessible at the agreed time, and that anyone on site is aware photography is taking place. Delays caused by access issues may require rescheduling.

8. Studio (AI) features

The Panoloop Studio area of this site is currently a preview. Its AI processing and publishing flows are simulations, are labelled as such in the interface, and are not sold or charged for.

9. Complaints

Email hello@panoloop.com and we will acknowledge within two working days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
